India had a good outing in the Press Lions category, bagging 2 each in gold, silver and bronze Lions at the Cannes festival.

Taproot India won gold and silver Lions for its `Conqueror Papers' campaign, which featured colored papers rolled up on a board to create a canvas depicting various facets of India.

Mark Tutssel, jury president - Press Lions, and CEO, Leo Burnett Worldwide, said about the Conquerer campaign: "When hundreds of entries are lying on the floor waiting to be judged, great work holds its hands up to get the attention. This was one such piece of work."

RMG's Fujifilm campaign won the second gold for India.

Leo Burnett added another silver Lion for P&G's Tide campaign. The Tide campaign had also won bronze in the Media Lions category declared yesterday.

Mudra DDB's campaign for Bangalore Traffic Police and Bates 141's campaign for Virgin Mobile won bronze lions.
