Aegis Global Academy appoints Vizeum India as AoR

Vizeum has been appointed agency of record for Aegis Global Academy, which is a part of Essar group's BPO arm Aegis Limited.
The academy has introduced a B-school equivalent post-graduate course on customer experience management.
The 15-month post graduate programme focuses on managing different types of customer contact channels and provides in-depth familiarisation of service industry verticals through 12 weeks of internships.
The decision to enroll Vizeum was the outcome of the agencies successful partnership with the Essar group.
Managing director, Indian Subcontinent, Vizeum, S Yesudas said that the account would be handled from its Mumbai office and they would ensure the brand reaches where it intends to.
Vizeum India, the Indian affiliate of UK-based communications group, Aegis Group Plc, handles the Amrutanjan, BSA motors, Essar group, Luxor, among others, in India.
