Naukri job portal has brought out a new commercial signinfying the end of recession and the spurt in hiring in the past few months, that is expcted to grow during the year.

The ad is a follow up of its earlier TVC in 2006. The focus is on the obnoxious boss Hari Sadu in the previous Naukri campaign. The ad features various adjectives for him scrawled along side his name plate at the cabin door by his juniors.

Taking off from the earlier "H for Hitler, A for arrogant, R for rascal...", the current expletives include Acidity, Dandruff and Swine flu, followed by a caption stating, "Jobs are back, bye bye recession and hello new year".

The advertisement has been conceptualised by DraftFCB Ulka and directed by Vishal Gellani.

The job portal also launched the ad on YouTube first as opposed to other media to target the expanding online base.
