Hamilton wins Monaco GP; Force India driver ousted by unfortunate crash

McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton drove a fantastic race, braving the wet weather to triumph at the Monaco Grand Prix. Hamilton's superb effort takes him at the top of the driver's championship with 38 points overtaking world-champion Kimi Raikonnen with 35 points.
Force India driver Adrian Sutil had an unfortunate ouster from the race, when his car was hit from behind by Raikkonen. Sutil was comfortably placed in fourth position and on course to win the first GP points for his team when the Ferrari driver forced him out of the race with three laps to go.
Lewis Hamilton completed the 76 laps in 2 hours anf 45 minutes to register his second win of the season ahead of Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber in second position. Felipe Massa of Ferrari finished third to complete the podium finish.
The British driver had won the first Formula One race of the season at Australia. Hamilton had a stunning debut for McLaren in 2007 when he finished second behind Raikkonen in the world championships.
After the Monaco Grand Prix, the battle for the constructors' championships have become interesting with Ferrari leading with 69 points followed by McLaren with 53 points and BMW Sauber in third position with 52.
