PRSI office-bearers
Thiruvananthapuram: The general body meeting of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) has elected the following as its new office-bearers: P. Vasanthan, Chairman; G. Sreekumar, Secretary; K. Gopalakrishnan Nair, Vice Chairman; Surendran Chunakkara, Joint Secretary; S. Santhosh, Treasurer.

Those elected to the National Council are: P. C. Sukumaran Nair, P. Narayanan, T. V. Hemalatha, K. L. Sreekrishna Das, and V.V Vinod, MD, Corporate Relations are the National Council members. K. K. Joshi, L. Muraleedharan and A. Karthikeya Kumar have been elected to the executive committee.

The meeting also resolved to run a membership drive with a view to bringing in more members from the profession, academia and students.

V.K. Sharma is new Executive Director at RBI
Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India has appointed V.K. Sharma as an Executive Director. He will look after the Internal Debt Management Department and the Premises Department, said an RBI press release.
