Thomas Cook: Board revamp
Mumbai: Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has restructured its board. Dr Thomas Doering has been appointed as the non-executive chairman, while Heinz Ludger Hueberg will be the new vice-Chairman.

Karnataka Governor assumes charge in Kerala
Thiruvananthapuram: The Karnataka Governor, T.N. Chaturvedi, on wednesday assumed additional charge of Kerala, following the death of Mr. Sikander Bakht. Justice Cyriac Joseph of the Kerala High Court swore in T.N.Chaturvedi. Sikandar Bakht passed away on Tuesday night, at the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College due to complications arising from surgery.
