Sanjay Dutt to succeed Anurag Mathur as executive MD, Cushman & Wakefield

Sanjay Dutt will succeed Cushman & Wakefield's outgoing executive managing director for South Asia Anurag Mathur, who is leaving the firm after 13 years.

Dutt  will also join Cushman & Wakefield's regional executive leadership council (ELC), the firm's apex executive body and think tank for strategy formulation and executive oversight of the business across Asia Pacific.
 
Apart from being responsible for Cushman & Wakefield's India operations, Dutt will also spearhead the growth strategy for other South Asian markets including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal.
 
With over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional and entrepreneur, Dutt is a well-respected business leader in the Indian market. he has held management positions at various firm including CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle India. He is also on the board of RE Zone, a real estate fund in India.
