Luke Bradley-Jones has been appointed EVP, managing director for bbb.com, the international version of the BBC's website run by BBC Worldwide.

Jones was  previously executive VP, digital media and business development at BBC Worldwide in New York. He will be responsible for the ongoing strategic direction and management of the BBC.com business.

Jones joined BBC Worldwide in 2006 as head of strategy, before moving to the company's New York office in 2007 to set up BBC Worldwide's US digital business.

During that time, in addition to managing the BBC.com U.S. P&L and ad sales operations, he oversaw BBC Worldwide America's online, mobile, and cable VOD business, including deals with Apple, X-Box, and Yahoo. 

He also led the launch of the U.S. version of topgear.com and revamp of bbcamerica.com. He joined BBC Worldwide from Spectrum Strategy Consultants.
