Alex Kuruvilla exits as chief of MTV India
Mumbai:
The Managing Director of MTV Networks India (MTVN India) and Executive Vice-President of MTV Networks Asia, Alex Kuruvilla, has announced his decision to step down from his post.

He joined the company in 1999 from the erstwhile Hindustan Thompson Associates (now JWT).

A replacement for him will be announced shortly.

New Executive Directors for Dena Bank, BoB
Mumbai:
The Centre has cleared the appointment of U.S. Kohli as Executive Director of Dena Bank and A.C. Mahajan as Executive Director of Bank of Baroda, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Prior to this, Kohli was the General Manager of Punjab & Sind Bank. He will hold office up to August 2007.

Mahajan was earlier the General Manager, Bank of India and has been appointed for five years, the BSE announcement said.

Schuster quits Skoda
New Delhi:
Helmuth Schuster, head of the Volkswagen project in India, and responsible for human resources at the Skoda Auto Company, has quit with effect from June 15, Skoda said in a statement.

His successor would be appointed soon.
