IVRCL issue priced at Rs385-415
New Delhi: IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd has said that it has priced its public offer of equity shares in the price band of Rs385 to Rs415.

The Hyderabad-based company plans to raise Rs126 crore from the issue, which will be utilised for acquisitions as well as for capital equipment purchases.

Sunil Mittal divests stake in Bharti Tele
Mumbai: Bharti Tele-Ventures has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director of the company has sold 3.13 lakh shares of the company on March 9 and a further 24.36 lakh shares on March 10.

Post sale, Sunil Bharti Mittal no longer holds any shares in the company. He however continues to hold a controlling stake in Bharti through Bharti Telecom. Bharti Telecom holds 46.4 per cent stake in Bharti Tele. Bharti Telecom is eighty per cent owned by Bharti Enterprises, which is run by the Mittal family.

Igarashi to allot shares to Aeneas
Chennai:
The Igarashi Motors Board of Directors have approved the increase of their authorised capital from Rs12 crore to Rs15 crore and will carry out the required amendments in the memorandum and articles of association.

The board has also agreed to proceed with the execution of the offer letter of Aeneas Capital advisors and to issue and allot up to 8,55,556 equity shares at par value of Rs10 each, at a price of Rs180 per equity share, that is at a premium of Rs170 per share.

The company has also decided to issue and allot up to 8,55,556 warrants of Rs18 per warrant to Aeneas Evolution Portfolio, entitling the holders thereof to subscribe up to 8,55,556 equity shares of par value of Rs10 at Rs180 per share excluding Rs18 paid at the time of allotment of warrants, any time within eighteen months from their allotment
