Mr. Subodh Shah to be new Tata Finance MD
Mumbai: Mr Subodh Shah, currently deputy managing director, would take over charge of the managing director Tata Finance Ltd. from Mr Pendse
effective June 1.

The board of directors of Tata Finance Ltd. (TFL) has decided to formally accept the request of Mr Dilip Pendse, managing director not to seek renewal of his present term, which expires on May 31, 2001.
