Mr. Dilip Pendse likely to quit
Tata Finance
Mumbai: Mr. Dilip Pendse, managing director of Tata Finance is reportedly leaving the
Tata group and is likely to take up some assignment in financial markets overseas. Mr.
Pendses likely exit comes ahead of the expiry of his term in May this year.
Tata Finance, country's second biggest
non-banking finance company, with a gross revenue of over Rs 500 crore has seen a number
of top-level changes recently.
Mr. K A Chaukar was recently appointed as
vice-chairman of Tata Finance and Mr. Subhodh Shah was appointed chief executive officer
(CEO) of Tata Finance. Mr. Subhodh Shah is most likely to now take-over as new managing
director of the company.
