Mr. Satish Pradhan to head HR function at Tata Group
Mumbai: Mr. Satish Pradhan has taken over as executive vice president, human resources function at Tata Group, effective from April 1. Mr. Pradhan, currently organisation design and development manager and head of global learning at ICI in London, will be spearheading leadership development initiatives at Tata Group and will report to Mr. R Gopalakrishnan, executive director, Tata Sons.
The Tata group’s HR operations are presently divided into three divisions each headed by a vice-president who would be reporting to Mr. Pradhan. Each of these divisions bears responsibility for driving HR initiatives at 6-7 of the large companies within the Tata fold.
