Following takeover, management reshuffle on at India Foils
Calcutta: Following the takeover of the company by the Sterlite group, there is an management reshuffle on at India Foils.

Mr. Supriyo Mukherjee, president and Mr. Ashoke Ghosh, general manager and secretary have put their papers in, some other are expected to follow suit soon. The new owners have appointed Mr. S Bhaduri and Mr. N Sashikant as chief operating officer (COO) and chief finance officer (CFO) respectively.

Mr. Navin Agarwal of Sterlite Industries has become the new chairman. Other members of the board are : Mr. Tarun Jain, Mr. S C Krishnan, Mr. Amitabh Ray (managing director), Mr. P K Basu (ICICI nominee) and Mr. Aditya Khaitan.
