Indian Bank's A. G. Joshi to head Dena Bank
Chennai: Mr. A.G. Joshi, executive director of Indian bank, who had been asked to function as a "co-ordinator" of the bank following the retirement of its chairman and managing director, Mr. T.S. Raghavan, has been appointed chairman and managing director of the Mumbai-based Dena Bank.

Pursuant to this posting, Mr. M. Damodaran, joint secretary in the ministry of finance, will function as the ``co-ordinator'' until a new Chairman is appointed.
