Sesa Goa board gets new faces
Panaji: The board of directors of Sesa Goa saw a minor reshuffle with Mr. S. D. Kulkarni, former chairman of engineering giant, Larsen & Toubro, and Mr. P.G Kakodkar, former chairman of State Bank of India being appointed directors in place of Mr. T. Pooran and Mr. H. Bilpodiwala. Additionally, Mr. Kulkarni takes over as chairman of the board.

Mr. S. R. Ramakrishnan, former director of SAIL, was appointed director in place of Mr. L.R. Mehta.

The directors who were replaced retired as per the company policy of not having directors over the age of 70 years.
