Murthy, Analjit and Raju to be on the board of Indian School of Business
Hyderabad:
Three of the country's most well known entrepreneurs, Mr. Narayana Murthy of Infosys Technologies, Mr. Analjit Singh of Max India and Mr. Ramalinga Raju of Satyam Computers, have been nominated on the executive board of the prestigious Indian School of Business.

The decision to appoint these stalwarts has been welcomed by Mr. Rajat Gupta, the prime mover behind the school and the managing partner of McKinsey & Co.

Based in Hyderabad the ISB is a collaboration between some of the world's topmost corporations and two global management institutes, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the Wharton School. The first batch of students are to be admitted into the school in June 2001.

Ajay Jadeja to be Konica's brand ambassador
Mumbai:
Dashing Indian cricketer, Ajay Jadeja, has been roped in by photographic film manufacturer, Konica, as its brand ambassador, in a bid to add colour to its sales.

The contract with Jadeja, valid till end-2000, is expected to help the company reposition its Konica brand as a youthful and lively brand.
