Manu Chhabria, daughter permanently on SWC board
Calcutta: Manu Chhabria and his younger daughter Komal C. Wazir have secured the
status of non-retiring directors on the board of Shaw Wallace & Company. Mr. Chhabria,
who is chairman of the company, and Ms. Wazir, who is executive director, were appointed
under Section 255 of the Companies Act as directors not liable to retire by rotation, it
is reported.
