Pankaj Kumar joins Cyber Space
Mumbai: Pankaj Kumar, chief executive officer of Birla Consultancy & Software
Services, has joined the board of Cyber Space Infosys, a software services company, as
co-president. He will be based in the US.

Calcutta: On 9 March the Calcutta High Court stayed the government’s disciplinary
proceedings against former Indian Iron & Steel Company (IISCO) managing director G S
Garcha for six weeks. The court order said Mr Garcha had made a strong case in his favour.

Kakodkar on Mastek board
Mumbai: Mastek Ltd has appointed Gurcharan Das and P.G. Kakodkar as non-executive
directors of the company. Mr. Das is a former chief executive officer of Procter &
Gamble India. Mr. Kakodkar was with the State Bank of India.
