Wadhwa on Pannell Kerr Forster board
Mumbai: Ashok Wadhwa, managing partner of Pannell Kerr Forster’s member firm in India, RSM & Company, has joined the board of Pannell Kerr Forster, the main international licensor of the company. Mr Wadhwa is also managing director of Ambit Corporate Finance.

Lloyd-Webber buys London theatre
London: London’s leading composer Andrew Lloyd-Webber is buying one of Britain’s top theatre companies, Stoll Moss. The deal is for $139.4 million, which will make him one of London’s biggest theatre-owners. Stoll Moss has a chain of famous theatres such as Palladium, the Garrick, Her Majesty’s and the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Mr Lloyd-Webber, who has composed hit musicals like "Cats" and "The Phantom of the Opera", has been in a bitter fight with US entrepreneur Max Weitzenhoffer to buy Stoll Moss, which has been up for sale since last year.
