Probir Roy on Euro RSCG board
Mumbai: Probir Roy, chief technology officer of Euro RSCG (India & Middle East), has been nomanted to the worldwide IT board of Euro RSCG Worldwide. The board oversees the information technology-related activities of the agency across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and India-Middle East regions. It has representation from each region.

Mr Roy will be the first India representative to be on the global trechnology body.

Piaggio nominees quit LML board
Mumbai: Three Piaggio representatives on the board of LML, R..A. Shah, Mohinder M. Khanna and Ugo Lanfranchi, have resigned, following the Singhanias acquiring Piaggio's 23.6 per cent stake in the company. LML has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange about the resignations.

Branson plans to run British lottery
London: Richard Branson is planning to run Britain’s National Lottery from 2001. He has announced that he will challenge Camelot by bidding for the rights to run the lottery. He says he will make use of all the profits from the business for good causes.
