Anand Mahindra is Kotak Mahindra chairman
Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra’s managing director Anand Mahindra has taken over as chairman of Kotak Mahindra Finance. He succeeds Harish Mahindra, who was chairman of the company since its inception a decade ago till his death on 5 December 1999. The Mahindra group has a 10 per cent holding in the finance company.
