Mumbai: Ashutosh Kumar has joined Sun Microsystems India as channel sales manager. He has been with Wipro Acer as regional sales manager.

Mr Kumar holds BE and MMS degrees.

Khalid Jamal to head Abacus
Mumbai: Khalid Jamal has been appointed president of Abacus Integrated Corporate Communications. He was holding the position of vice-president in the company, which is a public relations outfit of the Triniton Communications group.

Mr Jamal’s mandate includes taking Abacus international and consolidating its presence in areas such as health PR and human resources communications.

Goran Malm is Dell vice-president
New York: Goran Malm is the new vice-president of Dell Computer Corporation and president of Dell Asia-Pacific. Mr Malm will report to the chairman of the company and will be responsible for running Dell in all the countries in the Asia-Pacific region. He will based in Singapore.

Mr Malm has been senior vice-president of General Electric before joining Dell.
