ICICI top brass to get hike in salary
Mumbai: The three whole-time directors of ICICI Ltd -- K.V. Kamath, managing director and chief executive officer, Lalita D Gupte, joint managing director and chief operating officer, and S.H. Bhojani, deputy managing director, may receive an increased salary and annual bonus of up to 100 per cent of the annual income as part of a rationalised pay structure. The revisions are being proposed to the shareholders for their acceptance at the annual general meeting.

Mr Kamath's salary is proposed to be increased to Rs 2 - 4 lakh per month. The package for Ms Gupte and Mr Bhojani has been proposed at Rs 1.6 - 3.2 lakh per month.
