Chennai: IT services company Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited, which has a focus on services oriented architecture (SOA) solutions has acquired ComCreation, Inc, USA for $3.5 million (approximately Rs14 crore).

The privately held American company is a provider of outsourced product development services to independent software vendors. It offers services in Mobile Practice, Life Science Practice, Testing and Managed Services.

The 120 plus employee company has development centres in Bangalore.

According to Bhaskar Panigrahi, CEO Cambridge Technology Enterprises,"ComCreation acquisition would double our headcount, strengthen our SOA service offering, solidify our presence globally, add new verticals and enhance our customer base."
