Chennai: The city based $234-million revenue Teledata Informatics Ltd will be restructuring its business by hiving off its marine and technology divisions into a separate companies viz Teledata Marine Solutins Ltd and Teledata Technology Solutions. The legal formalities will be over by this April.

The company through its recently acquired eSys Technologies, Singapore will set up a total business offshoring facility at Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technlogy Park (RGCTP). Teledata Informatics acquired 51 per cent stake in eSys for $105 million.
