Mumbai:
The government will launch its next auction of oil and
gas exploration blocks in December against the earlier
plan to begin the process in November, oil secretary MS
Srinivasan said.
"Because
the parliament session has been advanced to mid-November,
we have now decided to launch it (the auction) in December,"
he said.
Overseas
roadshows for the next licencing round will take place
in January and February, he said.
