Government to issue Rs7,500 crore bonds to compensate fertiliser companies news

Mumbai: The government will issue bonds worth Rs7,500 crore this month to fertiliser companies to compensate them for selling fertilizer to farmers at subsidised prices.
The ministries of finance and fertilizer are discussing the terms of the proposed bond sale, J S Sarma, fertiliser secretary, said in New Delhi.
