StanChart Bank special rate on home loan : 7.49% up to 20 years

Mumbai:Standard Chartered Bank has announced a special variable rate offer of 7.49 per cent per annum for home loans across all tenures up to 20 years. This translates into an equated monthly installment (EMI) of only Rs 805 per lakh.

The fixed rate home loan is being offered at 7.75 per cent per annum across all tenures up to 20 years. This means an EMI of Rs 821 per lakh. Further, Standard Chartered Bank home loan customers can also avail of a bundle of insurance products such as home contents insurance, health insurance and personal accident insurance.

Says Murali M N, general manager and head (home loans, car loans and banking strategy), Standard Chartered Bank: "We are delighted to offer this special rate bundled with unique insurance benefits. We understand that taking a home loan is a very important decision in one's life. Therefore, apart from competitive pricing and special offers, we ensure speedy processing of the loan application, ease in documentation and flexible terms. I am sure that customers will immensely benefit from this offer."

This special offer is valid from 12 November to 30 November 2003 and is available in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Surat, Baroda, Coimbatore, Jaipur and Lucknow.
