SBI’s Coimbatore Module sets up helpline call centre services

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Module of State Bank of India (SBI) has set up helpline call-centre services.

This service has been introduced with a view to provide to SBI’s customers as well as the public information about the products and services offered by the bank. According to SBI sources, the helpline facility was introduced in the metros two months back and the public response was overwhelming.

The Coimbatore Module has taken the lead among others in offering this facility. The service was activated by SBI (Chennai circle) chief general manager S Krishnamurthy.
