Chennai: Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) chairman A D Navaneethan has maintained the market rumours about a possible merger of his bank with some other bank as "untrue and ill-conceived."
Navaneethan has categorically stated that these rumours are "nothing but a figment of a fertile imagination." He reiterated that KVB is keen to ensure its identity.
