Mumbai: Dhanalakshmi Bank has launched a home loan scheme Dhanam platinum jubilee home loan advantage.
The loan amount, fixed at Rs 20 lakh for the urban and metro centres and Rs 10 lakh in other areas, is tailored to extend ready finances to all individuals including NRIs.
The rate of interest is fixed at 12 per cent for amounts up to Rs 10 lakh and 12.5 per cent for amounts over 10 lakh.
