Mumbai: The National Housing Bank has reduced its refinance rates by 50 basis points across the board, including loans for upgradation and major repairs.
The interest rates now range from 8.50 per cent for loans up to Rs 1 lakh in rural areas to 10.75 per cent for loans up to Rs 20 lakh and above.
