Mumbai: i-flex Solutions, a technology solutions company in the financial services sector, is now aiming to provide its flagship product, Flexcube, to the cooperative banking sector. The company has picked up a 19.5-per cent stake in ebzOnline and the product will be marketed along with ebzOnline.

"With this initiative, we would address the domestic market more actively. We believe cooperative banks have a distinct role to play in the countrys development. This endeavour will enhance our reach and will place Flexcube even in remote parts of the country," says I-flex Solutions CEO (Indian operations) Deepak Ghaisas.

"Our intention is to offer hitech, complete solutions exclusively for the cooperative banking industry at an affordable cost," says ebzOnline managing director Mandar Agashe.
