Patni Computer tops Forester's supply chain customer satisfaction

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has received the highest customer satisfaction rating among Indian offshore supply chain solution providers, in a recent Forester survey.

The survey, "Ranking Supply Chain Management Tools and Services", conducted by Forrester Research, Inc in June 2006, queried 167 supply chain decision makers in North America. It examined their satisfaction with supply chain software and services, as well as their plans for additional investments with 64 per cent of survey respondents saying they would recommend the company to others. Patni scored the highest customer satisfaction among Indian offshore providers covered in the survey.
