ECFT to train Global Vectra Helicorp pilots

Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) has signed a three-year contract to provide helicopter training for Global Vectra Helicorp (GVHL), a leading Indian offshore helicopter operator.

 

Global Vectra's flight crew will undergo training on the Bell Helicopter 412 full-flight simulator at ECFT's facility in Dubai, which is certified to FAA Level D standard'

 

The simulator is also the first of its type in the world to be certified to Level D standard by the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

 

Emirates-CAE Flight Training, located close to Dubai International Airport, is jointly operated by the Emirates Group and Canadian flight simulator company CAE.
