buys Trident Aviation Industries

and transportation major Saudi American Holdings has announced that it has signed
an agreement with the privately held Trident Aviation Industries to acquire all
its operations and assets. Trident Aviation Industries,
based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a 17-year-old company that owns and operates
FAA-approved aircraft, and offers maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities
for aircraft maintenance, engine maintenance, as well as component and accessory
maintenance. The president and the CEO of Trident Aviation Industries will be
joining the board of directors of Saudi American Holdings Corp. Saudi
American Holdings US Division vice president Brad van Siclen said his company
was pleased with the acquisition and with its existing management team. "Our
acquisition decision was based upon a cash flow valuation analysis. We believe
there are many undervalued companies in North America and the Middle East, and
we want to realise their best value for their existing shareholders and our own,"
he explained. Saudi
American Holdings Corp is holding company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It
acquires undervalued, private companies with managements that focus on growing
their profitability through revenue growth and internal operating efficiencies
