Jet Airways wins Avaya GlobalConnect customer award

Jet Airways India Ltd has been judged 'India's most customer responsive company' in 2005 in the 'travel and tourism: transportation' category, in the 'Avaya GlobalConnect customer responsiveness awards.

The airline was judged based on its responsiveness, intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, customer education, top management emphasis, innovation and learning. It emerged a leader amongst all the companies selected in the 'travel and tourism: transportation' category, evaluated on customer responsiveness policies and practices.

Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd., India's converged communications solutions major, is directly involved in spurring and monitoring the 'customer responsiveness' trend within India and initiated this award, which was presented by The Economic Times. The award methodology was designed by Prof Janakiraman, IIM — Lucknow. Ernst & Young were the business process advisors and AC Neilsen Org-Marg the research partners.
