Temasek appoints Lee on the board of Apollo Hospitals
Chennai: Dr.Jennifer Lee has joined the governing board of Apollo Hospitals as the nominee of Temasek Holdings. Apollo recently placed 5 per cent of its equity with Temasek at Rs246 a share. Apollo's notice to the stock exchanges said that Dr.Lee was co-opted to the board on September 27.

SBI (Hyderabad circle) has new GM
Hyderabad: Dr H.C. Pattanaik has assumed charge as General Manager-I of State Bank of India - Hyderabad Circle. His administrative area covers about 12 districts, in the Telangana and Rayalaseema regions. He has earlier worked as Area Representative - Cairo and Deputy General Manager of Lucknow Circle of the bank, according to a press release.

Kelkar joins IDFC AMC as non-exec Chairman
New Delhi: Dr. Vijay Kelkar, former Advisor to the Union Finance Minister, has joined the board of IDFC Asset Management Co Ltd as its non-executive Chairman. IDFC AMC is the investment manager of the India Development Fund, the country's largest infrastructure-focused private equity fund.

Dr Kelkar, relinquished charge of his North Block assignment last month.
