IMG India takes on Harish Doraiswamy
Chennai: Sports, leisure and lifestyle management and marketing company IMG has appointed Harish Doraiswamy, former Chief Operating Officer of Adidas India, to oversee business development for the company. He would be reporting to Ravi Krishnan, Managing Director, IMG/TWI South Asia, according to a company press release. Based in Delhi, Mr Doraiswamy's focus will be on developing innovative marketing solutions that are aligned with the business needs of corporates in India.

Ashok Shinkar joins Pearl Organics as Director of Finance
New Delhi: Pearl Organics has appointed Ashok Shinkar as Director, Corporate Finance. He has previously worked in investment banking companies such as JM Morgan Stanley and SSKI Corporate Finance. Pearl Organics is the largest producer of metformin hydrochloride used for diabetes in Asia and has plans to foray into generics soon. The company is also in the process of filing about four Drug Master Files in the current fiscal.

Bank of Baroda zonal head
Thiruvananthapuram: T.V. Lakshminarayanan has taken over as the Head of the South Zone, Bank of Baroda. The South Zone comprises Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, apart from the Union Territory of Pondicherry. There are 261 branches in the five regions that come under the zone.
