New President and CEO for Andale
Bangalore: Andale Inc, a provider of analytics and auction automation software for online sellers, has announced that it has named Linda Hayes as its President and CEO. Hayes succeeds Munjal Shah, co-founder of Andale and its President and CEO, since the company was founded in 1999. Shah will remain on the board of directors, the press release said.

Baxter India head appointed GM for South-East Asia
New Delhi: The Managing Director of Baxter India, Sanjiv Verma, has been appointed General Manager for the South-East Asian region. Baxter Healthcare has combined its Asian and Chinese businesses under Gerard Wallace, currently President of Baxter Asia, and the appointment of Sanjiv Verma flows from this reorganisation. Verma will report to Wallace under the new dispensation.

Mumbai: V.G. Kutty, Executive Director, takes over as Managing Director from A.T. Mirchandani at the Ador Welding Ltd (AWL). Ador Welding Ltd., formerly Advani - Oerlikon Ltd, is the flagship company of the Rs 250 crore Ador Group.
