Nitin Prasad appointed new MD of Shell Lubricants

Shell Lubricants has announced the name of Nitin Prasad as the new country head for replacing Donald Anderson, who has headed the company for the last three  years.

Prasad's previous appointment was as the Asia Pacific and Middle East regional head for the chemicals supply chain.

Prasad has held several roles within Shell across strategy and portfolio, project management, sales, marketing and operations including senior strategic advisor in the downstream strategy and portfolio team and sales director for hydrocarbon solvents.

Prior to joining Shell, Prasad was a strategic marketing manager responsible for new product development at US semiconductor firm Altera Corp.

Prasad is an engineering graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, and  holds an MBA from INSEAD.
