Ashok Santhanam appointed CEO Bristlecone
Coimbatore: Bristlecone, headquartered in San Jose, US, which is an enterprise technology consulting firm, has appointed Ashok Santhanam as its president and CEO. He takes over from Mr Padman Ramankutty, a co-founder of the original Bristlecone.

Tarun Jotwani to head Lehman's India venture
New Delhi: Lehman Brothers, the blue-chip Wall Street firm is gearing up to start its India operations and has appointed Tarun Jotwani to head the proposed Indian arm. Jotwani is currently co-head, European Fixed Income, Lehman Brothers International (Europe). He was in Mumbai last week to gauge the opportunity and meet people. He is currently based in London.

Sources said Lehman is in the process of identifying other senior members for its India team and is using a Hong Kong-based head-hunter to hire executives for India.

Jotwani is Delhi University graduate, and a Pace University MBA. He earlier held the role of head of fixed income in Asia and also had a stint with Morgan Stanley before joining Lehman.
