O&M's K Subramaniam takes over as president at RMG David
Mumbai: WPP group agency, RMG David, has appointed Kumar Subramaniam, vice-president, O&M India, as its new president and as partner to national chairman and creative head, Josy Paul.

Subramaniam, who currently heads the automotive practice at O&M, Mumbai, will assume his new responsibility from September. He takes the place of Vivek Sharma, who quit the agency early last month to head the sales & marketing function at Mirc Electronics as vice-president.

Subramaniam, who has spent roughly five years at O&M, started his advertising career in 1991 with Leo Burnett, from where he moved to Mudra. His time at Ogilvy, where he's worked on accounts such as BP-Castrol, Tata Motors, Amaron Batteries, Pidilite, Kodak and Star TV, was punctuated by a one-year stint at Radio City.
