Crisil board to discuss 'acquisition' today
Mumbai: Credit rating agency Crisil Ltd on Tuesday said it is considering a business takeover. The company's board of directors is meeting on Wednesday to discuss a business acquisition, the agency said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
