Punjab & Sind Bank IPO
Mumbai: Punjab & Sind Bank is entering
the capital market with an initial public offering. The bank has received government and
Reserve Bank of India clearances for a proposed Rs 100-crore IPO. It will file its offer
document with the Securities and Exchange Board of India shortly.
The banks chairman and managing director Surinder
Singh Kohli said the bank may not raise the entire amount initially. It is yet to finalise
the issue price.
