Arun Pande is new MD of Kinetic
Mumbai: Kinetic Engineering and Kinetic Motor Company will have a new managing director. He is Arun Pande, who was earlier with the Kalyani group. He has also worked with Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company, Eicher Motors and Bajaj Auto.

Mr Pande’s appointment as managing director of the two group companies is part of the Firodias' managerial revamp. Family members are expected to hand over day-to-day management of the companies to professionals. The group envisages a turnover of over Rs 2,000 crore in the next three years.

Mr Pande will report to a supervisory board, which comprises Arun Firodia, chairman, and Sulajja Firodia Motwani, in the case of Kinetic Engineering, and Mr Firodia, Ms Firodia Motwani and Dinesh Munot in the case of Kinetic Motor Company.

Mumbai: Sajid Mahmood has joined Radisson Hotel in Delhi as director of sales. He will look after the promotional activities of the hotel.

Mahmood has 20 years of experience in the service industry, including 15 years with Welcomgroup.

Kiranbir Nag joins Ambit Corporate Finance
Mumbai: Kiranbir Nag has been appointed vice-president of Ambit Corporate Finance. He will be responsible for the marketing and execution of corporate finance mandates and developing a profile for the company in the southern region. A chartered account, he was assistant director, corporate finance, with ANZ Grindlays Investment Bank. He has also worked with Arthur  Andersen.
