D.K. Dhagat is CDSL chief
Mumbai: Dinesh Kumar Dhagat, chief general manager, State Bank of India, will be the new managing director of the Bombay Stock Exchange’s Central Depository Services. Mr Dhagat will take charge in the first week of December 1999. The present chief executive of the depository, P.V. Maiyya, who is also the chairman of ICICI Bank, is quitting.

Kishore Rao to be MD of Parametric
Mumbai: Kishore Rao is the new managing director of Parametric Technology India. He will be responsible for the company’s business interests in Indian subcontinent.

Mr Rao was director of south India operations for Parametric Technology Corporation. He has worked with the TVS group, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd and Larsen & Toubro.
