B. Ratnam is Fimmda CEO
Mumbai: B. Ratnam has been appointed chief executive officer of the Fixed Income Money Market Dealers Association of India.

Mr Ratnam has been with Bank of Baroda and Banque Indo-Suez in various capacities and has previously been chief executive officer of Express Bank in Nairobi.

Paes, Bhupati to promote 7UP
New Delhi: Pepsi has signed tennis doubles pair Mahesh Bhupati and Leander Paes to market its clear lemon drink 7UP. The duo will visit Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore among other places as part of the promotion campaign. They will interact with fans and 7UP consumers during the campaign.

Junglee founder in another start-up
New Delhi: Rakesh Mathur, co-founder of Junglee.com, who sold his company to Amazon.com and joined it as vice-president, has quit. He will launch another start-up early next year. Intel Corporation is having a five per cent stake in the new venture.

Mr Mathur said the new venture will be set up with an initial investment of $2.5 million and will seek to exploit the internet market.
