Venkataramanan is Deutsche Bank chief in India
Mumbai: N. Venkataramanan is country treasurer of Deutsche Bank in
India. He will be based in Mumbai and will have regional responsibilities for Pakistan,
Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
Mr Venkataramanan, who joined
Deutsche Bank in July 1999, was recruited to handle asset-liability mis-matches. Prior to
joining the bank, Mr Venkataramanan was with American Express Bank as a senior director
and country treasurer (India).
Following Mr Venkataramanan's exit, American Express Bank
has brought in Nicholas Evans to fill the vacancy. Mr Evans was with Amex
(Indonesia).

Vijay Kirloskar quits KIFL
board
Pune: Vijay Kirloskar, chairman of Kirloskar Investments and Finance, has
resigned his position as director on the board of the company. He has sent a letter to the
Reserve Bank of India to this effect.
The Kirloskar group sold its 14 per cent stake in the
company to the Champavat group of Ahmedabad recently.
